Loomi Gin Company
For and from the people of the United Arab Emirates, Loomi was born in Arabia. Handcrafted and distilled with a blend of seven Middle Eastern botanicals, all sourced directly from the spice souks of Dubai. The iconic loomi, the Middle Eastern sun-dried black lime takes centre stage, giving this gin its name – a taste of citrus and spice, a tribute to its country of origin.
Middle Eastern Dry Gin
Nose:
Aromatic and intriguing, with initial notes of citrus from the loomi (black lime) that blend seamlessly with the resinous, woody aroma of frankincense. There's a hint of earthiness and a touch of pine from the juniper berries.
Palate:
The taste begins with a burst of zesty citrus from the loomi, introducing Loomi Gin's signature tangy and subtly bitter flavour. This is followed by a warm and resinous undertone from the frankincense, adding depth and complexity. Juniper provides a classic gin backbone, balancing the citrus and Middle Eastern notes with a subtle herbal freshness.
Finish:
The finish is smooth and lingering, with a pleasant warmth from the botanicals. The frankincense and cardamom leave a gentle, aromatic trail, complemented by a refreshing citrus aftertaste that cleanses the palate.

With an investment banking and trading background, Hugh is a founder of multiple businesses across technology, real estate, co-working and construction industries, Hugh brings his range of life experience and a love for all things fun to the table to pour you a nice glass of gin.
John Doyle
With close links to the gin industry, John Doyle, whose expertise as a managing director span across business interests in real estate, property management, corporate hospitality, logistics and IT. Since retiring from the 9 to 5 John is solely focused on his distillery interests.
